Zelensky called the condition for negotiations with Russia

According to Zelensky, negotiations with Moscow are possible only after the withdrawal of Russian troops from Russian-controlled territories.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow is still ready to solve the Ukrainian problem through diplomacy, but on its own terms.

The Kremlin noted that Russia has never closed the door to negotiations with the Ukrainian side.

Prior to this, Russian President Vladimir Putin also spoke about Kyiv's unwillingness to implement the Istanbul agreements in the framework of peace negotiations.
