“From August 1 to the present, 43 ships have been involved in the export of grain, 25 of them left the ports of Ukraine, 18 went to Ukrainian ports for loading.
In total, more than 622,000 tons of grain have been exported from the ports of Ukraine by now,” the statement of the Turkish Ministry of Defense implies.

The head of the department of international organizations of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Pyotr Ilyichev, noted earlier that Moscow does not see the need to involve third countries to escort ships, since the Kyiv authorities managed to ensure the safety of routes within their territorial waters.
