It is specified that the Finnish company has signed a contract with the Charitable Foundation of Sergei Prytula.

“As part of the agreement, ICEYE will transfer the full capabilities of one of its satellites already in orbit for use by the government of Ukraine over the region ... In addition, ICEYE will provide access to its constellation of satellites, which will allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to receive radar satellite images of critical locations with a high frequency of updates,” the statement said.

Earlier, Assistant Minister of the Interior of the Luhansk People's Republic Vitaly Kiselev said on Channel One that the intelligence of NATO member countries monitors "almost every centimeter" of Donbass from satellites.
