Russian Ministry of Defense: Armed Forces of Ukraine equipped strongholds in a music school and a palace of culture in the DPR

This was announced by the head of the National Center for Defense Control of Russia, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev.

According to him, in the territories adjacent to the buildings, the Ukrainian military placed positions of artillery and MLRS.

“At the same time, civilians are forbidden to leave their homes, the nationalists actually use them as human shields,” Mizintsev said.

Earlier, Mizintsev informed that the Ukrainian military and nationalists equipped strongholds and ammunition depots in kindergartens in Artyomovsk, Slavyansk and Soledar (DPR).
