In the suburbs will restrict visits to forests from 19 to 28 August due to the fire situation

Residents and guests of the Moscow region were urged to refrain from visiting the forests, noting that access there is limited.

As Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, specified, this measure is connected with the complication of the fire situation in the forests.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reported that an emergency fire danger of the highest, fifth class is predicted in the Moscow region in the coming days.

There is a risk of fire in peatlands and forests.
