“It was preliminarily established that on August 17, 2022, at about 10:00 (05:00 Moscow time) at the Ust-Kut airport of the Irkutsk region, when landing, an An-24 aircraft touched the ground with its left wing.

There were four crew members and 40 passengers on board the aircraft.

The landing went well.

No one was injured in the incident," the statement said.

An inspection is being carried out on the fact of violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport (part 1 of article 263 of the Criminal Code of Russia).

Earlier it was reported that a Korean Air plane made an emergency landing in Baku due to the failure of one of the engines.
