According to reports, in response to the wave of claims for Taiwan's epidemic prevention insurance, a total of 8 companies including Cathay Century Industrial and CITIC Industrial have applied to Taiwan's "Financial Regulatory Commission" for the recovery of major accident reserves under the rights and interests. All have been approved, and the approved recovery amount totaled 9.94 billion yuan.
In addition, Taiwan's "Financial Regulatory Commission" has approved Cathay Century Industrial Co., Ltd. and CITIC Industrial Co., Ltd. to increase capital by 10 billion yuan and 4 billion yuan respectively.
