　　Regarding European security, Putin said, "The so-called Western collective is deliberately dismantling the European security system and piecing together a new military alliance. NATO is expanding eastward and strengthening its military infrastructure, including deploying anti-missile defense systems and improving the strike capability of offensive forces. ." He said that this is a hypocritical claim that European security needs to be strengthened, when in fact it is undermining the European security system.

　　Putin also pointed out that Western globalist elites are trying to divert the attention of their own citizens from sharp problems such as declining living standards, unemployment, and poverty.

The current world is changing rapidly, and a multi-polar pattern is taking shape. More and more countries and people choose a free and sovereign development path according to their own characteristics, traditions and values.

Western globalist elites are "resisting the objective process and stirring up chaos".
