Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba said that he "gets high" from "conquering the world"

Kuleba said this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon*.

According to Kuleba, when he headed the Foreign Ministry, he dreamed of "opening new horizons" for Ukraine.

He also shared that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is holding talks with the leaders of Latin American and African countries.

According to him, the Prime Minister of Australia also visited Ukraine. 

“This is the conquest of the world, yes, I just get high from it,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

Kuleba also admitted that his family and dogs left Ukraine with the start of the special operation.
