According to the political scientist, this is not a new phenomenon.

- There are no exact numbers on that, but it comes up at every election.

It's nothing that happens everywhere, but it's also not something completely unusual, says Sofie Blombäck, political scientist at Mittuniversitetet in Sundsvall.
