Individuals tried to send objects to the detainees of the prison of Valence (Drôme) by throwing them above the enclosure of the establishment, this Sunday.
The four men arrived on site on scooters without license plates and launched several packages at the end of the afternoon.

Police tried to arrest them, but the men managed to flee.
Three thrown packages were recovered by law enforcement.
This is the third attempt to deliver goods to prisoners using this method in two weeks in Valencia.
Cannabis, alcohol and sandwiches
On August 9, three residents of the city were arrested after throwing a bag containing 110 g of cannabis into the courtyard of the establishment.
Nine days earlier, 20 packages had been intercepted after being thrown over the protective wall.
They contained alcohol and sandwiches.
