The Democrats' big package around investments in healthcare, energy and climate was recently hammered out by Congress.

- The American people won and special interests lost, said Biden when he signed the law.

- In this historic moment, the Democrats sided with the American people while every single Republican in Congress sided with the special interests.

The law means, among other things, that over 370 billion dollars are invested in climate and energy programs.

In addition, high-cost coverage for prescription medicine will be improved, and support for residents to pay for health insurance will increase.

The investments are financed through minimum taxes for large companies and tax on companies that buy back their own shares.
