According to him, on the night of August 15, four tactical fighters of the Israeli Air Force, without entering Syrian airspace, attacked the infrastructure and air defense facilities of the SAR Armed Forces in the provinces of Tartus and Damascus with eight guided cruise missiles.

As a result of the attack, three Syrian soldiers were killed and three more were injured.

Earlier, the Syrian Defense Ministry said that the Israeli Air Force attacked from two directions: on the outskirts of Damascus, the blow was struck from the Lebanese capital of Beirut, the province of Tartus was attacked from the Mediterranean Sea.
