  China News Service, Hong Kong, August 15th. The Children's Community Vaccination Center of Hong Kong Children's Hospital and the Community Vaccination Center of MTR Tsing Yi Station will provide both Sinovac and Fubitai vaccination services from the 15th.

The Secretary for the Civil Service of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Yeung Ho Pei-yin, visited the two vaccination centers on the same day and called on parents to bring their children to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

  It is understood that the Hong Kong Children's Hospital will vaccinate young children and adolescents between the ages of 6 months and 17 with the Sinovac vaccine, and children between the ages of 5 and 11 can continue to receive the Fubitai vaccine here.

The Community Vaccination Centre at MTR Tsing Yi Station also vaccinates people aged 6 months or above with Sinovac vaccine, and provides Fubitai vaccine for people aged 12 or above.

Separations and instructions have been set up on site to distinguish the vaccination areas for different vaccines.

  Yang Hebei Yin said after inspecting the two vaccination centers that only vaccination against the new crown can reduce the risk of severe illness, death or serious sequelae after infection. Parents of children between 6 months and 3 years old should now arrange for their children to be vaccinated by the department. Develop vaccines so that children can be protected by vaccines as soon as possible.

  In addition, Yang He Beiyin also mentioned that the Maternal and Child Health Center of the Hong Kong Department of Health will provide Sinovac vaccination services from now on. Parents who bring their young children to the Maternal and Child Health Center for services can also receive Sinovac vaccines there.
