According to him, the visit is blocked, as it will allow to prove that it is the Ukrainian side that is shelling the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

Not only that, there are American guided missiles, missiles that are being supplied to anyone," he stressed.

Earlier, the Russian Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, called on the Kyiv authorities to stop attacks on nuclear power plants and provide security guarantees for the participants of the IAEA mission for their visit to the facility.
