In conclusion, the interlocutor of RT noted that Russia, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and some other factors, “is in a demographic hole” and this issue needs to be addressed, including by stimulating economic measures.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Finance proposed extending the family mortgage program at 6% per annum to families in which a child is born before the end of 2023.
