In her Telegram channel, the head of the department, Svetlana Radionova, wrote that after residents complained about smog, experts recorded 26 excesses of harmful substances in the air.
According to her, the analysis of measurements from the control points of the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant is carried out daily.
“The department has already applied to the prosecutor’s office for permission to conduct an unscheduled inspection of the main pollutants,” the head of Rosprirodnadzor said.
