“The Izvestia journalists detained in Estonia had their visas revoked... They were also banned from entering the EU countries for three years,” the publication said in a Telegram message.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the Russian embassy in Tallinn is keeping the situation with the detention of Izvestia employees in Estonia under control.
Later it became known that the film crew of the publication was released from the police station in Estonia.
