Al-Houthi militias escalate on the fronts of Marib and abuse the tribes of the Sanaa Ring

During the past few hours, the Houthi militia escalated its violations on the fronts of Marib Governorate, and launched a wide attack using drones and modern technology guided missiles that recently arrived at it by sea.

Field sources in Marib confirmed the downing of a Houthi march that was launched towards the Yemeni army and the resistance positions in the Al-Kasara front in the Serwah district, west of Marib, where the militias are trying to take advantage of the recent events in the neighboring governorate of Shabwa to launch attacks towards the city of Marib.

The sources reported that the forces of the 310th Brigade in the Seventh Region repelled a massive Houthi attack in western Ma'rib, and brought down the Houthi march, which came within the framework of daily violations of the armistice, as 351 Houthi violations of the armistice were monitored during the past few hours, including 72 violations on the Ma'rib fronts.

In addition, the military media of the joint Yemeni forces confirmed that the Houthi militia continues to escalate its violations on the western coast fronts, committing more than 52 violations in the past 48 hours in the south of Hodeidah and west of Taiz, including the arrival of reinforcements and attempts to station themselves in important areas near the lines of contact.

Several Yemeni activists have warned against the Houthis' exploitation of sabotage operations led by extremist elements in Shabwa, in addition to the terrorist arms of "Al-Qaeda and ISIS".

Recently, the Houthi activity, backed by terrorist groups, has increased with regard to arms smuggling and logistical support in several areas inside Yemeni soil and in Yemeni territorial waters, where a Yemeni military source stated that this activity represented large arms smuggling operations.

The source explained that the Houthi cells that were seized by the joint forces on the western coast reported that the smuggling of weapons expanded under the UN truce, and reached through the ports of Hodeidah and other Yemeni coastal areas.

He pointed out that the truce opened the Houthis' appetite for increasing the yield of weapons, in parallel with mobilization operations, especially among children.

For his part, Yemeni Minister of Information Muammar Al-Eryani said, "The confessions of Houthi cells on the west coast, that they smuggled weapons to the ports of Hodeidah under supervision, confirm the continuation of external parties to supply the militias with weapons in a flagrant defiance of international law and Security Council resolutions related to the Yemeni crisis."

According to the official Saba Agency, the Yemeni minister demanded Al-Eryani, the international community, the United Nations and the permanent members of the Security Council, to carry out their legal responsibilities under the principles of the Charter of the United Nations, to issue a clear condemnation of foreign interference, and to exert real pressure to end these interferences in Yemeni affairs and stop the smuggling of weapons to the Houthi militia terrorist.

In Sana’a, the Houthi militias continued to abuse the tribes in the capital, and continued the siege of the districts of Bani Hashish and Hamadan, by their elements affiliated with Saada Governorate, where new security services were formed, to subdue the Sana’a tribes and loot and confiscate their lands.

And local sources said that the militias raided the house of Jamal Ahmed Saeed Al-Ma’izhi, located in the Beit Bous area, south of the capital, and kidnapped him and transferred him to an unknown destination against the background of the escalation against the tribes, which prompted the governor of Al-Mahwit, Hanin Qutaineh, to resign from his position against the background of the escalation. against the tribes.
