This was reported by TASS with reference to the head of the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium Enterprises Alexander Demin.

According to him, it is planned to create a working group in order to discuss all legal conflicts that may occur within the framework of the State Duma.

He noted that the current fine of 500 rubles does not stop anyone.

Demin also announced the need to reduce the regulatory noise level for cars and motorcycles to 68 decibels.

The deputy said that for the first violation, a fine of up to 100,000 rubles is expected for an increased noise level, and for a second violation, vehicles can be sent to an impound lot for up to three months.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that on September 8 he submitted to the Moscow City Duma a package of amendments to the capital and federal legislation on strengthening responsibility for disturbing peace and quiet by motorists and motorcyclists at night.
