“In Kharkiv, on the upper and lower floors of residential buildings (Chernyshevsky Street), units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the nationalist battalion “Kraken” are deployed, warehouses for weapons and artillery ammunition are equipped, and firing positions for MANPADS are located on the roofs,” the ministry said in a statement.
