The boy who is suspected of attempted murder at Morö Backe in Skellefteå will receive treatment

Earlier this week, the age assessment of the boy was completed.

According to civil registry data, he turns 13 this year, but he is considered to be at least 15 years old and thus of legal age.

Charges have not yet been filed in the case.

The administrative law process has run parallel to the criminal law process.

If the boy is convicted, according to LVU, the care can be given in different institutions.

- There it may be about closed youth care as a penalty in a criminal case, says Björn Johansson to Folkbladet.

The girl continues to be treated in hospital.
