The circumstances of what exactly happened in the town of Cetinje on Friday are unclear, but according to the RTCG TV channel, another six people were injured, including a police officer.
The perpetrator, who is said to be 34 years old, is said to have gone out into a street after the family quarrel and indiscriminately started shooting at people, including children.
No motive is clear.
