State Duma deputy from the Crimean region Aleksey Chernyak warned the authorities of official Kyiv against encroachments on Crimea, noting that this would have fatal consequences.
The head of the Crimean Parliament Committee on Public Diplomacy and Interethnic Relations, Yuri Gempel, also said that Crimea was reliably fortified militarily and "too tough" for the Kyiv regime.
