According to the embassy in its Telegram channel, on August 11, the video surveillance system recorded an “unauthorized access attempt” by a kangaroo.
The diplomatic mission also posted a video showing a kangaroo jumping onto the embassy fence and running away.
In early August, it was reported that a rare kangaroo cub, Bennett's wallaby, was born at the Moscow Zoo.
