According to her, it is easier to live in your native land with a normal social package and have prospects.

“Many who left, relatives or friends remained in the liberated territories.

Accordingly, the refugees have two alternatives,” Gubareva said.

According to her, people can choose to return, obtain Russian citizenship, apply for social payments and pensions, or remain to live without any guarantees in the territories controlled by Ukraine.

Earlier, Gubareva said that the socio-economic situation in the Kherson region is stabilizing.
