The National Police has arrested a 20-year-old man in

Seville

as allegedly responsible for the rape of a 12-year-old girl with whom he contacted through social networks posing as a 15-year-old minor.

In a statement, the Police explained that the alleged perpetrator of the events had been previously arrested and several complaints weighed on him for the same crimes against several minors

, one of whom, another 12-year-old girl, got pregnant

.

The investigation began when the victim was being treated at a hospital in Seville and the protocol for violent crimes was activated when signs of sexual abuse were found, according to the police.

The agents learned that the minor had contacted a boy who claimed to be 15 years old through social networks and with whom she had begun an alleged relationship.

The detainee was interested in the victim's virginity and after confirming it,

he threatened to leave her if she did not have sexual relations with him

, managing to culminate these under duress to the minor.

The evidence obtained during the investigation allowed the agents to relate the event to other complaints with the same modus operandi on victims between 12 and 15 years of age, who were forced to have sexual encounters.

The different tests allowed the agents to identify the alleged aggressor

and launched a location operation that culminated successfully on August 8 with the arrest in Seville of the individual, who was brought to justice and his immediate entry into prison was decreed. .
