Twitter announces fixes for problems that caused disruptions to its services

Twitter announced that it has fixed issues that caused disruptions to its services after thousands of users reported difficulties accessing the micro-blogging platform, on Tuesday.

Twitter said in a tweet: "We've fixed the problem. We made a change to the internal systems but things didn't go as planned and we've reversed them. Twitter can now be accessed as expected. We're sorry."

This is the second time that the site services have been disrupted for the second month in a row. The social media platform, which is engaged in a legal dispute with Tesla CEO Elon Musk over a $44 billion acquisition deal, suffered a disruption of its services for about three hours last July, as the company said Its internal systems encountered some problems that affected many users around the world.
