Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that there can be no winners in a nuclear war and it should never be unleashed.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is not playing with the topic of nuclear war.

Lavrov noted that the inadmissibility of nuclear war is Russia's principled position.
