In his opinion, such restrictions should be regulated at the expense of the company itself, which hires these couriers.

“It should be written in the rules.

And there may be fines and penalties.

Moreover, even if there is a special law and a fine, it is not clear how it will be administered,” concluded Morzharetto.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Vasily Vlasov proposed to ban delivery service couriers from using phones without special mounts while driving on electric vehicles.

He noted that while moving, couriers use the phone without special restraints, which distracts them and creates an immediate threat to other pedestrians.
