“The time has long come to truthfully show the world the crimes of the Kyiv regime, calling it to account for atrocities, primarily against its population,” Antonov was quoted as saying in the embassy’s Telegram channel.
Earlier, the human rights organization Amnesty International in its report stated that the Ukrainian troops violated international legal norms and military law.
