According to her, such a sharp reaction was caused by a post with a quote from the Ministry of Defense about the possibility that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) was involved in the emergence of a new coronavirus.

“It is doubtful that Twitter has sufficient competence to question the conclusions of the Department of Defense, based on work with documents and fresh data.
