According to Tilde Lewin, Biden's reform package will include investments in healthcare, tax increases for especially large companies and investments in renewable energy.

The initiative is applauded by several environmental movements.
But for the package to be passed by the Senate, some compromise was required.
- Democratic Senator Joe Manchin got through several concessions to the industry around fossil fuels.
It will be a little easier to get permission to drill for oil and easier with infrastructure, for example a large gas pipeline that is believed to be built in Virginia.
