“We are discussing a lot about the liberated territories, so that TV channels broadcast in these territories, whether we will pay social benefits there.
Therefore, [a decision] was made to attach such liberated territories to the Kherson region, so that it would be possible to pay pensions and social benefits there, and provide mobile communications, ”said Gubareva.
