All three, a woman from Boliden in Västerbotten and a broker couple from Luleå, deny any crime.
The Luleå woman's lawyer claims that her client had no knowledge of the criminality in the company until after she received the events described through the investigation.
According to the indictment, the woman must have booked almost SEK 13 million with insufficient documentation, as well as SEK 5.6 million in payments.
