The embassy called the incident a disgusting act, as well as an attempt to incite ethnic hatred.
“The local authorities were immediately informed about the incident.
We sent a note of protest to the German Foreign Ministry with a demand to take comprehensive measures to establish the circumstances of the incident, ”the diplomatic mission added.
