If a plant for the production of Bayraktar drones appears in Ukraine, it will be destroyed.

This opinion was expressed by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov. 

“The fact of creating such an object, which immediately falls under the topic of demilitarization, will only prolong the suffering of Ukrainians, but will not help to avoid what is the goal of a special military operation,” Peskov said.

The day before, Ukrainian Ambassador to Ankara Vasily Bodnar said in an interview with RBC Ukraine that the Turkish company Baykar would build a plant for the production of drones in Ukraine.

Earlier, a Kremlin spokesman pointed out that Russian and Turkish Presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan did not discuss issues related to Turkish drones during a meeting in Sochi on August 5.

Cooperation between Donetsk and North Korea
