US seizes Russian oligarch's private jet worth $90 million

　　According to reports, Andrei Skoch, known as the "richest man in the Duma," has been a member of Russia's National Assembly since 1999, and the United States says Skoch has "long-standing ties to Russian organized crime groups." Sanctions have been imposed on him since 2018.
