- It started as a contagion accident where a person drove carelessly and also left the scene, where a person had been injured in this traffic accident, says the police's spokesperson, Johnny Gustavsson.
The police followed and lost the car - but were then helped by a police helicopter.
- We had a helicopter that followed the car the whole time.
They chose to drive in an ugly way and without regard for third parties through the town of Norrköping, says Johnny Gustavsson.
Two people are now arrested.
- They chose to stop at Sandgatan and leave the car there.
Someone from the public managed to tackle one of the people and the helicopter followed the other man who was arrested on a roof at Garvargatan.
Initially, the incident is classified as gross negligence in traffic and gross drunken driving.
