Earlier, former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that shelling by the Ukrainian military of the ZNPP territory poses a threat not only to the territory of Ukraine, but to the whole world.
He also added that US President Joe Biden could influence Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky with a single call by threatening to stop military aid to Kyiv.
