The Pentagon announced the allocation of military assistance to Kyiv for another $ 1 billion

The Pentagon press service said that the aid package will include ammunition, including for HIMARS and NASAMS.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden signed a memorandum providing for the provision of military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $550 million.

In July, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu recalled that some of the foreign weapons supplied to Ukraine end up on the black market.
