“Another plane from Grozny International Airport named after Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov headed for the site of the special military operation,” Kadyrov said.

Earlier, Kadyrov spoke about an informal meeting with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu in Sochi.

According to him, the parties discussed issues related to the offensive actions of the Russian troops.
