Vitaly Gura was the deputy head of the local administration of Nova Kakhovka, a strategic locality in the Kherson region, a local personality who had decided to offer his services to the Russian occupiers.

On Saturday morning August 6, unknown persons shot him at his home using a Makarov pistol.

Vitaly Gura is transferred to the hospital where he dies.

In recent weeks, several notorious collaborators have been killed in Kherson, including in the explosion of their vehicles.

In June, an explosion took place near the terrace of the Nostalgia cafe, where the officers of the Russian army occupying Kherson meet.

It appears that the Kherson region is home to an extremely well-coordinated underground resistance movement that is carrying out these physical killings.

According to several reports, this partisan movement would be coordinated by Ukrainian military intelligence.

At night, the city of Kherson is covered with posters and leaflets calling on the local population to resist and not collaborate with the enemy.
