An 18-year-old, a resident of Segorbe,
has died after being caught by an embolado bull
during the Bullfighting Week in Soneja (Castellón), as reported by the municipality's consistory.
The events occurred in the early hours of Friday to Saturday, when
the young man suffered a "cumbersome catch"
by the embolado bull in the celebration of the bullfights of this Castellón municipality.
The
Soneja City Council
has decreed three days of official mourning, which will begin this Sunday and will last until next Tuesday, August 9.

they have lamented the "terrible news" of the death of the young man from Segorbe.
"It is the worst news that we would have wanted to give to
end our Bullfighting Week
, it fills us with deep sadness and regret," they have expressed.
Likewise,
the City Council
has stated, "on behalf of the entire town of Soneja, its solidarity and closeness
to the family of the deceased young man
", and have made themselves available for "anything they may need".
