He added that mortar crews were deployed in the suburbs of Slavyansk, from which on August 7 it is planned to fire at the places of compact residence of the local population and refugees on Geological Street during the distribution of humanitarian aid.
Earlier, Mizintsev said that the Ukrainian military was firing from private households in areas of the Donetsk People's Republic under their control in order to retaliate by the Russian Armed Forces and accuse the Russian military of indiscriminate strikes.
