The National Tournament to elect the new leadership of the Democratic Party of Korea begins today (6th).

The Democratic Party will hold a 'Joint Speech Session for Party Representatives and Supreme Council Members' today in Gangwon at 10 am and Daegu at 4:30 pm, respectively.

Candidates Jae-myung Lee, Yong-jin Park, Hoon-shik Kang (Ho-soon Ki) and eight candidates for the top committee, who ran for the party's representative primary, are scheduled to present their views at a speech meeting.

At the joint speech held in Daegu, the voting results of members of the rights party in Gangwon and Daegu/Gyeongbuk (TK) are also displayed.

The results are noteworthy as this is the first time the votes for the Rights Party members are announced at the National Convention.

Tomorrow, a joint speech will be held in Jeju and Incheon.
