Polyansky: Russia will bring international experts to the site of the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the pre-trial detention center in Yelenovka

“We will bring international experts and journalists there,” RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier, Polyansky said that the country was waiting for the UN to immediately assess the shelling of the pre-trial detention center in Yelenovka.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the detention center in Yelenovka with captured Ukrainian soldiers and militants located there using the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system.

The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case after the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to RIA Novosti, fragments of the HIMARS MLRS ammunition were found at the site of the shelling of the pre-trial detention center in Yelenovka.
