The article says that Russia is allegedly trying to circumvent the EU embargo in this way.

The newspaper also claims that the Turkish leader expects Russia to agree to a Turkish operation against the Kurds in northern Syria. 

Peskov answered the question of whether this information is true.

“It was about the prospects for the development of the entire range of bilateral trade and economic relations,” the Kremlin spokesman said. 

Putin and Erdogan also stressed the key importance of sincere and trusting relations for achieving international stability.
