Russian Investigative Committee opened a case on the death of civilians during the shelling of Donetsk

“The Investigative Committee of Russia initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art.

356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, on the fact of the shelling of civilian infrastructure in Donetsk by Ukrainian nationalists and the death of people, ”the Telegram statement says.

Earlier, the mayor of Donetsk, Aleksey Kulemzin, said that the death toll from the shelling of the city center had increased to six, and seven more people were injured.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the center of Donetsk on the day of farewell to DPR Colonel Olga Kachura.

The People's Militia of the Donetsk People's Republic told RT that the Ukrainian formations purposefully attacked the theater, where they said goodbye to Kachura.
