Now a criminal case is being investigated in Moscow against a 46-year-old native of Moscow and a 47-year-old native of St. Petersburg.
“They are accused of committing a crime under paragraphs “a”, “b”, “c”, part 3 of Art.
204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (commercial bribery committed by a group of persons by prior agreement on a large scale),” Ivanova was quoted by TASS.
The day before, the Moscow City Court found State Duma deputy Vadim Belousov guilty in the case of a bribe in the amount of 3.25 billion rubles.
